Cravath, Swaine, and Moore (Cravath) here appeals an order of the district court taxing a portion of Baker Industries attorneys fee against them. Concluding that the record amply supports the district courts finding that Cravaths conduct in the course of representing Cerberus, Ltd. in this case constituted bad faith, we affirm the award of attorneys fees under 28 U.S.C. § 1927.
